Account data: email, account name, display name, avatar, password (stored as an encrypted hash).
Verification data: email verification codes, verification periods, and security stamps.
Login records: last login time, preferred language, and login method (password or social login).
Social login (OAuth / SSO): third-party account identifiers obtained with your authorization.

Providing and maintaining login, verification, and organization routing services.
Sending system notifications and email verification messages.
Improving service quality and security (e.g., detecting unusual logins).
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; no one (including system administrators) can read the original password.
You can delete your own account under "Account Settings"; after deletion, your member data, social login links, and verification records are permanently removed.
Organization administrators can delete member accounts within their organization.
4. Third-Party Services
Third-party services such as social login (Google, GitHub, etc.) and Google Fonts have their own privacy policies; please review them separately.
5. Your Rights
You may review, correct, or delete your personal data at any time; contact the system administrator if you have any questions.
